My
name is Michael White. I am 46 year old. I have a degree in Management In
Systems (Computer Programming). I first became a fire fighter in 1979 when I was
in college in Dudley, Ma. I held various ranks until leaving in 1983. In 1984 I
joined the Bermuda Regiment and through them in 1985 became an EMT-B. In
April 1990 I joined the St. John Ambulance Brigade. In September 1990 I joined
the St. Georges Fire Brigade to help teach them First Aid and CPR. Since then I
have furthered my self in the following, at both adult and pediatric levels, CPR,
First Aid, advanced Basic Trauma Life Support, to a level where I can
train others to help Instruct. I have also completed courses in Disaster
Management, Confined Space Management and how to read ECG's. Today I also enjoy
teaching advanced motoring skills and pump operations to others. My next
aim is to do the ACLS course and to be able to teach Disaster Management. I am
presently a Sergeant with the St. Georges Fire Brigade and an EMT - I.
My is Manuel Lopes. I have been in the fire services, for at least the last 18 years, as both a volennter and carrer staff. To day I enjoy trainning the new recruit that join the St. George Fire Brigade. I have also been in the construction indusrty for many years and today I own my own construction Company.
My
name is Jermain Burges. I joined the Brigade in 1990. I am a retail sales
manager with Shell Bermuda. I enjoy going away to Virgina to train with my main
friend from station 11 in Prince William County.
